ASTM A516 Grade 70, ASTM A36 or equal. Optional stainless steel available.
Body:
ASTM A-36 Steel or ASTM A-536 Ductile Iron Optional stainless steel available.
Pusher Glands:
Corrosion resistant, high strength low alloy ASTM A242, 193 B5, B7. Optional: A193 B8 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel
Bolts:
Nitrile rubber compounded for use with water, salt solutions, mild acids and bases.
Gasket:
Heavy coat of corrosion resistant shop coat primer. Optional fusion epoxy coating.
Finish:
JCM 114 Mechanical Joint Split Repair Sleeves meet or exceed AWWA C-110/111, ANSI A21.10/21.11 as applicable.
